JOEHIMBE Payment Policy
Credit Cards JOEHIMBE is a PayPal verified merchant. JOEHIMBE uses PayPal merchant services for the processing of all JOEHIMBE orders purchased by credit cards. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to process your credit card through PayPal's merchant gateway. Please refer to PayPal's website at www.paypal.com to learn more about PayPal and/or to set up a PayPal member account.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks, and Company Checks JOEHIMBE accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Please note: Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order, cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to ten (10) banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.

JOEHIMBE Shipping Policy
JOEHIMBE business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. Most retail orders received before 5:00 p.m. will ship within one (1) business day provided the product ordered is in stock.

We ship domestic (continental United States) retail orders via USPS Priority Mail; expect delivery in 2 to 6 business days. We ship international orders via International Priority Mail; expect delivery in 6-10 business days. Please refer to the United States Postal Service website www.usps.com for further information about delivery times and rates.

JOEHIMBE continental US shipping rates are determined by subtotal cost. JOEHIMBE international shipping rates are determined by the weight and shipping destination of your order.

$1.00-$2.00 subtotal plus .99 shipping
$2.01-$3.50 subtotal plus $1.99 shipping
$3.51-$30.00 subtotal plus $6.99 shipping
$30.01-$50.00 subtotal plus $10.99 shipping
Over $50.00 subtotal plus FREE shipping

JOEHIMBE Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your JOEHIMBE products. If you are dissatisfied with your JOEHIMBE product purchase, please contact us via email, state briefly why you wish to return the product, and specify which product(s) you wish to return. We may email you or call you to clarify information, offer you tips on product usage or to substitute other products more suitable for your individual needs. Do NOT return items without prior authorization.
